Tasked with designing the cafe, reception, party room and open-plan kitchen of this children’s clubhouse in a style that would complement the Tigerplay-designed bespoke soft play area, the studio decided on an aesthetic that was at once whimsical and cocooning.

Inspired by the minimalist tendencies of the Scandinavian school of design, a muted palette of soft pastels and light woods was chosen to complement arched forms in the windows and doorways.

To this end, designer furniture pieces were sourced predominantly from Scandinavian labels such as Muuto and Ferm Living to take full advantage of the abundant natural light and open floorplan of the interior.
